- General Requirements Statement of Work The base bid requires adding a 4,058 sq. ft. apparatus bay addition to the existing building and a complete interior and exterior remodeling of the building, including CMU, facing, metal roof system, new doors, hardware, new toilet / shower facilities, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes. new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and modificaions to the sanitary sewer system. This will be 100% Small Business set-aside, using FAR part 14 (Invitation for Bid, IFB) procedures. This is NOT a Recovery and Reinvestment Act Action. Site visit is tentatively planned on or around 10 April 09. Bid opening is tentatively planned for 5 May 09. Award is estimated for 29 May 09.
