- All references to HSBP1209R2270 are replaced with HSBP1209R2340. The first amendment to Special notice (February 5, 2009) for program management support services was posted March 5, 2009. The second amendment was posted March 11, 2009. The third amendment was posted March 13, 2009. The fourth amendment was posted March 16, 2009. The fifth amendment was posted March 17, 2009. This is our sixth amendment which updates our previous notices. This amendment provides the draft Request for Proposal (RFP), responses to Industry’s questions, and the date, time, location, and instructions for attending the pre-proposal conference (industry day). The draft RFP is intended to provide advance planning information until the solicitation is formally released. The pre-proposal conference (industry day) will be held March 30, 2009 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Horizon Ballroom (Ground level),Washington DC 20229. Please use the following link for directions, parking, Metro and hotel information: http://www.itcdc.com/about.php?p=2 Pre-Registration is not required. Registration will begin at 9:00 AM. Seating is limited to no more than two representatives from each company. It is incumbent upon industry to monitor the FEDBIZOPS (FBO) web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for the solicitation release and all subsequent amendments. To properly address our industry partners’ questions, only written inquiries regarding this notice and planned solicitation will be accepted. Questions may be submitted to: SBI-PMOSupport@dhs.gov. Additional information about this procurement will be issued through the FBO.
