- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Decatur, GA AMOUNT: The United States Government is seeking a full-service office lease and related space consisting of approximately 19,000 rentable sq. ft. Rentable square feet must yield 16,601 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. LOCATION: Delineated area is as follows West: I-285 North: I-20/Covington Highway East: Highway 138 South: Scott Highway/ Browns Mill Road/ Flat Shoals Parkway REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Parking is required for 9 Government vehicles TERM: The proposed lease shall be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is required January, 2010.
