- The U.S Department of Labor (DOL) is seeking qualified general contractors for the St. Louis Job Corps Center located in St. Louis, Missouri. DOL is looking for general contractors that qualify under the Small Business Programs mentioned in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 19. When submitting your response, please indicate under which program you meet the criteria. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. If interested, please provide a capabilities statement, Not To Exceed Five (5) Pages, and to include three (3) projects completed within the last five (5) years that are relevant to the work that will be required under this project. Provide a point of contact for each project listed. The project involves construction of three 2-story dormitory buildings (each building approximately 28,000 GSF). The project also includes demolition of existing buildings and site work including utility installations, site/security, lighting, sidewalks/walkways, roadways, parking areas and landscaping. The construction cost range for this project is over $10,000,000. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220 and the Small Business Standard is $33.5 million.
