- SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a sources sought announcement only! This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran-owned business, and small business relative to NAICS 621999, size standard $8.5M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Boulevard, Dublin, GA 31021 is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide Virtual Pharmacist Services at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia. The contractor shall provide virtual pharmacist services for completing inpatient orders from 6pm to 9pm Monday through Friday. VA will not provide computers or laptops. The intended contract is anticipated as one base year, with 4 option years. Responses to this sought must include 1. Point of contact. 2. Company Name, 3. Address, 4. Telephone & Fax numbers, 5.
