Description

This project is for repairs of four separate sites of flood damage on Forest Service Road 32. Project is located on FS Road 32, Hannegan, Township 40 N, Range 9 E, Sections 32, 33, 34 35 and 36. The four sites are at MP 0.0, 3.85, 4.1 and 4.4. To reach the project site, travel east of Bellingham, WA on State Route 542 to MP 46.5, the intersection with FS Rd 32, turn left onto FS Rd 32 and travel east to each of the sites. A district map showing the road system is available for viewing at the Mt. Baker Ranger District office, 810 SR 20, Sedro Woolley, WA. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about April 3, 2009. The start work date for this project will not occur until the snow melts giving access to the project area, estimated as June 1, 2009. Contract work time is approx 40 days. The Government's estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment security shall be required for this project. The technical contact for this project is Jim Mitchell, Mt.
