Description

Purchase Request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a Base period of one year plus four one year options with an estimated annual demand of 984 pieces (See solicitation for additional details). The solicitation issue date is April 1, 2009. NSN 1560-01-491-4187 will be solicited as a Restricted Hubzone Set Aside; Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This is a Rib, Airfoil utilized on the KC-135 Aircraft Program. The Item is Critical Application; Configuration Control Applies; for which Export Control Bidset and also Boeing Rights Guard exists. Origin inspection and FOB Destination to Stock Location will be requested. The required delivery is 159 days ARO Progress Payments included as conditions at FAR 32.501 and 52.232-16 are met. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requesters. The solicitation will not be posted prior to April 1, 2009.
