- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under RFQ N4657909RC00262. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Norfolk Office intends to purchase an Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Mobile Training System to provide judgement based engagement tactics training. Desired delivery date: 5/13/09 or better. FOB Point: Destination preferred. However, if origin, Shipping Charges to be covered by STS (Smart Transportation Solution). If providing equal, please provide descriptive data.
