- The proposed contract action is for reagents, controls, and consumables for Everflex Stents. This requirement is in support for Walter Reed Army Medical Center,Washington DC. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency with EV3 INC, 9600 54th Ave N Ste 100 Plymouth, Mn 55442-2111. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be received by 03/20/2009.
