********MODIFICATION TO DELINEATED AREA************* UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN NAPLES, FLORIDA The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 447 rentable square feet and yield 389 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. A minimum of one (1) surface parking space is required at no cost to the government. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: NORTH: Bonita Beach Road SOUTH: Pine Ridge Road WEST: US 41 EAST: COLLIER BLVD. (CR 951) The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2009. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
