- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION OF BASE ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS (SABER) AT LANGLEY AFB, VA. Hangar door seals will be replaced to improve occupant comfort and save energy. Existing seals will be demolished, and new rubber weather-stripping and/or astragal type seals will be installed to match existing as closely as possible.
