- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION OF BASE ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS (SABER) AT LANGLEY AFB, VA. Fan will be installed to circulate conditioned air throughout the facility. This will reduce energy use and improve efficiency of HVAC system.
