- Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a contract modification to General Dynamics Advance Information Systems (GDAIS), 100 Plastics Avenue, Pittsfield, MA 01201 -3698 for Fire Control System (FCS) software updates, development, and qualification testing. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by GDAIS under Contract N00030-08-C-0041, which was awarded using other than full and open competition. See Note 22
