- In accordance with FAR 9.2 this synopsis constitutes notice the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair and/or overhaul of the NSNs/PNs/Nouns listed below. This means that a company must go through a source approval process. This notice does not mean the Air Force is contemplating repair and/or overhaul of these items in the near future. This notice does not mean the Air force possesses the data required for the repair and/or overhaul of these items. The document(s) specifically authorizing this RQR-1 as the manufacturing qualification requirement by part number will be by separate document or documents with the Cognizant Engineering Authority Head or their designee signature. For a copy of the QRs submit a written request to the Small Business Office, OC-ALC/SB, 3001 Staff Drive, Ste 1AG85A, Tinker AFB OK 73145-3009. FAX: 405-739-7085. E-Mail: ocalc.bc.web@tinker.af.mil.
