- Provide C-130 A-H model Flight Simulator Pilot Training, Initial and Refresher, Flight Engineer Training, VAST training, and engine ground run training with training manuals for various Foreign Military Service (FMS) customers, In Accordance With the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Simulator Training must be conducted on a full motion simulator with six degrees of freedom. The Awardee must have the ability to run two or more training classes simultaneously and have unrestricted access to a full motion simulator. The awardee must also be able to provide student services to include, but not limited to transportation to and from the airport, daily transportation to and from all training sessions, and lodging during the training, to include one day prior and one day after each class start date. This is a combined Solicitation/Synopsis notice is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements Contract. The NAICS code will be 611512 and the small business standard is $23.5 million. The Government plans to award a basic contract with 4 option years, starting 1 Jul 09, should funding become available. The provision found at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers -- Commercial, will apply to this acquisition.
