- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) intends to award a contract for maintenance of air conditioners and air handlers at the Mid-South CMOP located at 5171 Sam Jared Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Work includes but is not limited to maintenance and service of equipment and replacement of filters monthly. Contract will be for a basic year and up to four one-year option periods. The NAICS code of 811412 and a size standard of $7.0 Million. This is a Commercial buy and evaluation will be based upon evaluations of a commercial items. Past performance and technical ability are more important when combined than price. Please note: Due to Veteran Owned Small Business States, the Government may choose to award a higher price to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), a HUBZone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB)and then a Small Business Concern (SB). In order for small veteran owned businesses to receive benefit from this factor they must be registered in www.VetBiz.gov. Award will be made in accordance with the preceding. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
