- BIC090012172 - Statement of Work and CLIN Structure for RFQ To All Offerors: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a Firm Fixed price order for Audio Visual / Video Teleconferencing Center upgrade and Maintenance (Projector Upgrade) in accordance with the following requirements, maintenance agreements the required CLIN structure and contract clauses. Replacement projectors must be in place and operational no later than April 24, 2009 and covered under maintenance until April 1, 2010. This Posting / RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 517110 and the size standard of 1,500 employees applies. We invite you to submit a quote for these items and services. Please provide any applicable quantity or Government discount available. Quotes received that fail to offer all items and services stated will be deemed not technically acceptable and will be disqualified. Please provide the following information if a federal supply schedule is used. Schedule Information (if applicable): 1) Full Schedule Number 2) Schedule Expiration Date 3) Federal Discount (%) 4) Description of any schedule related fees (%) A quote is due no later than 12:00PM EST, March 27, 2009 to Eric Rode, Contract Specialist, Defense Threat Reduction Agency/BE-BCB. Your may submit your offer via email to Eric.Rode@DTRA.mil or by facsimile (703) 767- 1759. Please provide “No Bids” also to the Contract Specialist via email. The quotes must include the following company related information: Required Company Information: 1) Cage Code 2) DUNS Number 3) Tax Identification number 4) Offeror's Business Size Award will be made to the vendor that submitted the lowest price, technically acceptable bid that meets all contractual requirements stated within this RFQ. This letter is a Request for Quote only and in no way obligates the Government to award a purchase order or to reimburse the offeror for any cost incurred in preparing the response to this Request for Quote.
