- The purpose of this notice is to announce the issuance of the solicitation for the Scientific, Engineering, Response& Analytical Services (SERAS) requirement. A copy of the solicitation and all other information related to this requirement will be posted at the following website not later than March 20, 2009 under the Solicitations and Amendments heading Scientific, Engineering, Response & Analytical Services (SERAS) PR-HQ-08-13330: http://www.epa.gov/oamsrpod/ersc/SERAS/index.htm All technical and/or cost questions pertaining to this procurement shall be submitted no later than 3:00pm EST March 31, 2009, to receive a response. Please submit any questions via e-mail ONLY to the following e-mail addresses: armstrong.claudia@epa.gov, rivera.sandra@epa.gov, and barton.michael@epa.gov. Phone calls will NOT be accepted at this time. All written submissions (technical proposal, cost proposal, plans, etc.) are due for PR-HQ-08-13330 on or before April 21, 2009 at 3:00 PM EST.
