- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-08-RP-0168 for the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and professional pre-engineered architectural engineering services to design/construct a new 30' deep by 50' wide pre-engineered metal shed building at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Road, St. Louis, MO. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 332311. Size standard is $14 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Charisse James, Contract Specialist in writing at charisse.james@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 25, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m. E.D.T., April 7, 2009. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Numbered Note 1.
