- The solicitation for this project should be posted to Fed Biz Opps on or about April 13, 2009 with offers due on May 12, 2009. This solicitation is for road maintenance and minor construction work to be performed on the Blue Mountain Tri-Forest area composed of the Malheur, Umatilla, and Wallowa-Whitman National Forests. This solicitation will result in multiple-award, indefinite-quantity contracts with minimum guarantees. A pre-proposal meeting will be held, but it is not scheduled at this time. The date and time will be posted in the solicitation. CASCADING SET-ASIDE This solicitation is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. If we do not receive enough competition from the HUBZone small business concern set-aside, we will then evaluate quotes and consider for award small business concerns.
