- Amendment III: This amendment posts the answers to questions, changes the due date for quotes and provides additional posted reference material. Answers to questions are double underlined Amendment III: This amendment posts answers to questions, provides additional posted reference material and changes the due date for quotes. Question: 1."The RFP makes reference to advance simulation software as analysis tool. Is there specific simulation software in mind that need to be considered? Or we, as contractor, need to recommend an existing software (i.e. Synchro, Vissum, Vissem, Paramatrics, etc...)for use?" Answer: We do not require that the contractor use any specific software. 2."The documentation makes reference to limitation of historic data for implemented TMT, and suggest that previous study determined that simulation can be used! Isn't field data collection required for input data into simulation model & calibration? If so, how intensive is the field data collection required as part of the scope of this project?" Answer: We do not envision the collection of field data; however, we do not discourage any particular approach.
