- Description
- The contractor is expected to obtain or possess knowledge of the organization and mission of the Army National Guard (ARNG). ARNG Recruiting and Retention Program, previous experience as an Armed Forces recruiter is highly desired. The contractor is expected to display a high standard in dress, appearance, and professional conduct to include strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication abilities are also expected. The contractor is expected to be able to demonstrate working knowledge of office technology to include computers, software such as MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and copy machnines. It is highly desirable for the contractor to demonstrate a working knowledge of other software to include REQUEST, Guidance Counselor Redesign (GCR), Automated Unit Vacancy System (AUVS), and Standard Installation Division PERsonnel System (SIDPERS) Database. The contract will be awarded with One Base Year with Four Option Years.
