- Description
- The Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS) has a need for a contractor to provide Home Oxygen Services and related accessories to home Patients of the VA Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.The Contractor shall furnish medical oxygen systems, including medical oxygen cylinders and related accessories, and delivery, set-up, preventive maintenance and repair of both contractor-owned and government-owned equipment to home patients of the VA Medical Health Care System, which includes VA Medical Centers located in Baltimore and Perry Point, MD. All services will be performed in the veteran's home or in a nursing home housing the veteran. The service shall be provided to those patients eligible for care under the VA Prosthetics program. Services are needed for a period of one year with four (4) one year renewable option periods (for a Total of five (5) years). This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 621610. Size standard is $12.5 million. The procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 15.
