- U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii has a requirement for Sample and Test for Polychlorinated Biphenyl Contamination in Electrical Transformers and to Properly Transport and Dispose of same from Bldg 6045, Schofield Barracks and Bldg 60, Fort Shafter located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Performance shall be IAW EPA, Hawaii Dept of Health, DOT, DRMO, OSHA, as well as federal, State and local laws and regs. A single requirements contract consisting of a base and 4 pre-priced option periods will result from this solicitation. Anticipated start of performance is 1 JUN 2009. A site visit is scheduled for 14 April. Details to be included in RFP W912CN-09-R-0005, sched for release o/a 6 April. Procurement is 100 percent small business set-aside, NAICS 562211, size standard $12.5M. The solicitation and any Amendments will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.aremy.mil/asfi/. Interested offerors are responsible to monitor the website until the closing date for any issued amendments.
