- Draft RFP. The purpose of this draft solicitation is to provide information to potential offerors on the planned procurement for construction services to be provided at the Medical Stores Department (MSD) Mwanza site in Tanzania, East Africa. The project requires the demolition of existing buildings, procurement of a pre-fabricated kit-form steel warehouse structure, construction of a concrete base, assembly of the kit-form steel structure, the conversion of existing buildings into offices and electrical upgrades at the site. ALthough this is a draft solicitation, however, potential offerors are advised to arrange for the site visit, if so desired, within dates provided in the draft RFP.
