- Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the services of a qualified Engineering company for Selected Record Drawings for a new Fire Control Plan and General Arrangement and Profile for spaces on board USS Emory S. Land. The solicitation number is N40442-09-R-2011 and it is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). NAICS 541330 applies. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about 19 March 2009, with quotes due on or about 25 March 2009. Anticipate award dated on or about 30 March 2009. The period of performance will begin on or about 1 April 2009 thru 31 July 2009.
