- Amendment No.001-The purpose of this amendment is to:(1) change the acquisition from a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside, (2) revise the following to read as follows: 001: 9MM Unleaded Ammunition-101 grain frangible Speer #53365CW-RHT (10,000 rounds) or equal, Item 002: 45 Caliber Unleaded-171 grain frangible Speer # 53395CW-RHT (55,000 rounds) or equal, Item 003: 45 Caliber Leaded-230 grain Gold Dot Speer# 53966CW (5,000 rounds) or equal and Item 004: Remington 12-gauge Slug# RRLF12FSSS25 Unleaded Shot Gun (1000 rounds) or equal,(3) extend the response date from March 20, 2009 to March 27, 2009. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain the same.
