- Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide 5 rental vehicles to the Raystown Lake Project located in Huntingdon and Bedford South Central Pennsylvania in strict accordance with the enclosed specifications included in the request for quotations bid package that can be obtained from the Corps website. This requirement is set-aside for small business with a NAICS of 532112 and a size standard of 500 persons. Only those vendors who can provide a the requirement EXACTLY as staed in the specifications many provide a quote. All responsible sources may provide a quote. All solicitations will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors request fo this solicitation must be performed through ASFI. All questions should be submitted via-email to Cheri.R.Ames@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via email to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Aquisition Team. 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD. 21201-2530. Available thru Federal Business Opportunities Systems The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about March 18, 2009 at 1600 (4:00pm, to all authenticated holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here, Please note all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, but Unclassified Documents, and reqire users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO sysem to access package. Vendors must be CCR. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
