- SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to issue a noncommercial, sole source contractto Praxis Engineering Technologies, l35 National Business Parkway, Suite 310,Annapolis Junction, MD 20701-1013, for the development of one (1) four (4)channel, wireless, transceiver PCI Express form factor card that identifiessignalsource, network coverage and associated metadata of specified signals. Thedeveloped card must be capable of performing transmit and receive functionssimultaneously on all four channels and operate from standard PCI Expresscard slots. Praxis Engineering is the sole manufacturer and has proprietaryrights and drivers to develop a card that meets the Government's needs. AFirm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. This is a one time purchase estimatedat $500,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) Code is541512 and the size standard is $25 Million dollars. This notice of intent isnota request for competitive proposals.
