- Description
- The United States Army CECOM Contracting Center, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to solicit and award up to three (3) five (5) year IDIQ contracts for Installation Kits (IKs) and ancillary items that are needed to support the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS), Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS), and Frequency Hopping Multiplexer (FHMUX), for the CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC), and the TACOM LCMC existing and new systems. The SINCGARS and EPLRS are also used by the Air Force, Marine Corps, and Navy. These systems are installed in various vehicles and on a variety of platforms. Installation of these systems requires installation kits, installation hardware, cabling, and ancillary items. These items are needed as complete IKs and as individual parts depending on the demand and application. It is intended to award up to three (3) Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contracts with a combined ceiling of $1.063 Billion. One (1) contract will be reserved for small business. Each Delivery Order will be competed among the successful offerors. A minimum guaranteed quantity will be given to each successful offeror. First Article Test (FAT) is required by all sources that have not successfully delivered and obtained Government acceptance of these items within the past two (2) years.
