- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler AMC, Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price, personal service contract for a Full-Time Occupational Health Nurse for the Department of Preventive Medicine located in Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital, US Army Medical Department Activity Korea, Yongsan, Korea This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 May 2009 through 30 April 2010 (Base and Four Option Periods). Required services of the Occupational Health Nurse include but are not limited to: collaborating with physicians for patients with selected or complex problems; conducting at least one group health education class quarterly; performing specific examinations including vision, hearing, electrocardiogram, spirometry, BP, weight, and height. This requirement will be advertised a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621340 and the annual size standard is $7 Million. This solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/)on or about 20 March 2009.
