- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF OPTION YEARS TO TWO. This solicitation covers 100% small business set-aside acquisition of Coveralls, Mechanic’s, Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). NSN 8415-01-534-7375(s). The quantities are 25,500 min; 102,000 Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ); and 130,000 max. Two mandatory one-year term options will be required, each with the same min, AEQ, and max. Applicable specification is MIL-DTL-32082 dated 1 May 2001 with pattern dated 16 November 2005. Production lead-time is 150 days, with 3 monthly deliveries (for minimum quantity) to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model and Experience/Past Performance. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and "specialty metals" (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014), including the materials and components thereof (other than sensors, electronics, or other items added to, and not normally associated with clothing), must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
