- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the ACCUMULATOR, PNEUMATIC Input NSN:1650-01-250-3767Input P/N:70651-03201-104 Output NSN:1650-01-250-3767Output P/N:70651-03201-104 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 145 and a maximum of 870, including 145 EA for FMS. This is not a Critical Safety Item. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) available for this solicitation. There is only one known overhaul source for the ACCUMULATOR, PNEUMATIC. The blue Prints/Production drawings are presently controlled by Rockwell Collins Electromechanical Systems, Inc, Cage Code 86831, 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA, 52498-0001. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule is 12 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be specified in the contract. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests or emails for solicitation will be accepted. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, OR DATA FAX at 256-313-8194. You may DATA FAX your request to CCAM-AL-M, Attn: John F. Moore, Contract Specialist, or MAIL your request to US Army Aviation and Missile Command, ATTN: CCAM-AL-M, John F. Moore, Bldg 5303, M&O, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior the closing date stated above.
