- Duplication Fixture Statement of Work, Diagram and Tasks to be performed Duplication Fixture Solicitation The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Hanicapped (NLS) work with a network of cooperating libraries to provide talking books and braille books for American citizens unable to read print materials. NLS is currently undergoing a transition from analog to digital, changing the medium for talking books from cassette to digitialbook cartridges (USB Flash memory device). To duplicate books into these USB flash memory cartridges NLS will supply duplication fixtures to network libraries. NLS has designed a duplication fixture to accommodate its talking-book USB flash memory cartridge. Please see the attached document to view the design. The vendor selected will make the fixtures from the design per the specification supplied.
