- This notice is a Pre-Solicitation announcing the intention of Little Rock AFB to release a formal solicitation in the next few business days for a Digital Dictation system. Quotes WILL NOT be accepted until the FORMAL solicitation notice is released (under a new announcement number). Please DO NOT submit a quote in response to the pre-solicitation. Pre-solicitation notices are required in accordance with FAR Part 5. Our requirement will be for the following: Digital Dictation System: Turnkey; On Premise; Allows for the input of voice by dictation or telephone; Provides the ability to retrieve voice files first-in/first-out; Select any file specifically and instantly; 8 ports; Allows for 8 simeoultaneous accesses of the system (dictating or transcribing); Users allowed full control with system operation (utilizing the telephone keypad or the controls on the dictation/transcription stations); System Administrators allowed control of user profiles and reporting packages; The system shall be a full featured medical digital dictation system. Telephone: DPS with power supply. Optic Mic: With Standard Cable. Project Management: Include Pre/Post Setup; Go Live; System Removal. Installation and Training: Include all necessary training; maintenance; Overlap for continuous work performance.
