- PR# 0021411045, This is a firm fixed price buy, NSN: 1620-01-101-4060, QTY=69 Each, Skid Tube Assy RH, Critical Application Item, Configuration Control Item, Bell Helicopter is the OEM, Cage 97499, P/N 206-052-118-104 Rev H dated 13 Sep 04, approved source is Triumph Fabrication, Cage 3H339, Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Destination, Stock Location: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin. Contractor FAT is required. Government FIT Verification Testing is required. This requirement is for a firm fixed buy with, Other than Full or Open (10 U.S.C.2304 (c) (1) (FAR 6.302-1), Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
