- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler AMC, Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for a Full-Time Entomology Laboratory Specialist for the Department of Preventive Medicine located at US Army Medical Department Activity Korea, Yongsan, Korea This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 May 2009 through 30 April 2010 (Base and Four Option Periods). Required services of the Entomology Laboratory Specialist include but are not limited to: (1) Processing, identifying, and curating adult mosquitoes (2) Conducting weekly parity studies (3) Rearing colony, wild caught larvae, and F1 generation mosquitoes. This requirement will be advertised a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 541690 and the annual size standard is $7 Million. This solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/)on or about 20 March 2009.
