THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO A QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR UNDER SECTION 8(a) OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ACT IAW FAR 19.808-1 (SOLE SOURCE). TITLE: Drill Water Well, Sheppard AFB Lake Texoma Recreational Annex DESCRIPTION: Drill one new water well complete with pump, casing, electrical power, piping and other devices required. Test and develop well. The government anticipates awarding this contract Sole Source to an 8(a) contractor. MAGNITUDE: : The Project Magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000
