- The National Park Service intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract for the month to month rental of up to 15 furnished apartments. These units are to be used for housing seasonal work force for a period not to exceed 6 months, beginning May 1, 2009. Units may be either studio, one bedroom, two bedroom or three bedroom. Units must be available within 15 highway miles of the boundary of Grand Teton National Park. It is the intent of the Government to rent all units from one provider under a commercial item contract as a Small Business set Aside. NAICS code for this procurement is 531110.
