- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER HQ AFCESA SUSTAINMENT, RESTORATION AND MODERNIZATION SINGLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (SATOC). This requirement will be put out for proposal to all HQ AFCESA SATOC contractors under JCN # SAM004. This is a design/build encompassing three different projects at March ARB, CA. Two are similar in the scope and nature of the work. The jet blast fences at Rows Golf and Tango are to be replaced. Additionally, portions of the perimeter fence around the base will be fitted with a cable retention system. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The request for proposal will be issued on or about 19 March 2009.
