Description
PURPOSE:The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research which will be used to formulate an acquisition strategy to support services for the US Marine Corps' Wounded Warrior (WW) program. The Regional Contracting Office, Northeast (RCO-NE) is requesting responses from qualified Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns holding GSA MOBIS 874 Schedules. The qualifying code for this effort is NAICS 541611. The WW Program anticipates establishing regional support models based out of Quantico, Virginia, with satellite ventures in Camp Pendleton, California and Camp Lejuene, North Carolina. By implementing standard program procedures and executing effective case managment, the WW Program intends to improve the capability to coordinate non-medical case management and the quality of service referals and interface with other agencies on behalf of the WW Regiment. In order to capture the aforementioned objectives, the WW Program expects key areas of performance to include positions in the Administrative Assistant, Public Affairs, and Program Management fields. These positions will be filled in the aforesaid regions with the majority being located in Quantico, Virginia. Responses to this RFI shall not exceed five (5) pages, including cover letter and contact information. Subject response must contain: (1) Capability statement sufficient to demonstrate performance acumen directly related to the objectives of the WW Program; (2) Notations of time to complete previous, similar efforts and a description of any quality processes applied; (3) Link to the respondent's GSA MOBIS Schedule, or attached file of same; and (4) Citation of any current, or past customers (i.e., within the past 2 years) to include contract number, point of contact telephone number or e-mail address. NOTE: This Request for Information is for planning purposes only and is issued in accordance with FAR Clause 52.215-3. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such.
