- Wage determination Cdrls Appendix C PWS Solicitation document This requirement is for the acquisition of Engineering Services to support the C-5 Force Management Support for Functional Systems Integrity Program (FSIP), with engineering solutions that impact the sustainment of the C-5 system fleet wide and apply to Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) processes. The anticipated contract will be for four (4) years, consisting of a 12 month basic period and three (3) 12-month options. The approximate Request for Proposal (RFP) issue date is 7 January 2009 with a response date of 6 February 2009. Sole Source: Aging Aircraft Consulting Incorporated, 64 Green Street, Warner Robins, GA 31093-2606, Cage Code 37WF4. Statutory Authority: 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered. Only written, faxed, or electronic responses receive directly from the requestor are acceptable. No telephone requests. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/ PCO identified above for additional information and/ or communicate concerns, if any, regarding this acquisition. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26. This is a posting of the solicitation for the subject RFP.
