- DLA Warner Robins / DLR Procurement Operations will acquire replenishment spare parts applicable to the C-5 Aircraft using other than full and open competition procedures. Items/quantities are as follows: NSN 1680-00-234-8183UC, P/N CHA618-313, Diaphragm Assembly, Quantity 16 Each Required delivery: 180 days after receipt of Award. Solicitation will be sole source to Goodrich Actuation Systems LTD, Stafford Road Fordhouses, Wolverhampton, WV10 7EH, United Kingdom (CAGE: K0377) pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The Government does not own the rights to provide detailed manufacturing drawings.
