- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W911SA-09-T-0068 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is due by 24 Mar 2009, 1200 hrs CST. This solicitation is for Small Business participation under NAICS code 721110 with a small business size standard of $7.0 M. Ensure pricing is broken down by CLIN. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. CLIN 0001, 961st EN Co is mobilizing. Lodging is required in Sharonville, OH during the dates of 13-16 Apr 09. Lodging must be within the zip code of 45241. Check In will be 13 April 09 and Check Out will be 16 April 09. 86 Double Occupancy Rooms are needed for this time frame. The hotel must meet the JFTR per diem rate or less. The government is not responsible for room service charges, long distance phone charges, internet service charges, or movie rental charges. The government will only pay for rooms actually used. In accordance with 252.232-7003, payment requests are required to be submitted in electronic form through Wide Area WorkFlow; contractors are referred to the web site of Wide Area WorkFlow-Receipt and Acceptance https://wawf.eb.mil for more information. PARTIES INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO RFQ may submit their quote in accordance with standard commercial practice (i.e. quote form, letterhead, etc.) and MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Solicitation number; offerors complete mailing and remittance addresses; discount terms, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, and technical information displaying features of proposed equal for comparison to suggested product. Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Specifically, 52.212-3 Alt I shall be completed electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. If the Offeror does not become registered in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (NLT due date/time of solicitation), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
