Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Herman Miller Inc. 855 East Main Avenue Zeeland MI 49464. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(1)(i). Herman Miller Inc. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement. The required service for the reconfiguration of existing Herman Miller furniture and the purchase of additional furniture for room 120 in Bldg. 1030 at Buckley AFB, CO. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
