- The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Contracting Office (A7KH), Bolling AFB, DC, awarded a sole source commercial contract on 4 Mar 09, to Alion Science and Technology, 10 West 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60616-3799, to provide one base year with four option years of development completion and establish a maintenance and analytical team. This is a follow-on to an existing software development contract; and is a sole source, firm fixed price contract.
