- Brand Name Justification for Sniffer Maintenance on Hardware/Software This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4704-09-Q-0037. This RFQ is for a contractor to provide maintenance for the following items listed below to the HDI Federal Center in Battle Creek, MI. Offeror is required to be authorized by NetScout to perform the maintenance and/or administer this service. This is a brand name requirement.
