Description

The U.S. Census Bureau issues this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for an X-Rite 528-S Spectrodensitometer with RS232 Interface Cable Kit. No substitutes. Quantity=16. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-9-00065 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC Number 2005-29, dated November 14, 2008. Delivery is FOB destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1201 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Attn: Receiving Section Bldg. 60 F. Acceptance is at the same location. Delivery date is on or before 3 weeks after receipt of the award. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau vender registration form. Be sure to include all shipping and handling charges to the delivery location. Bids are due by 5:00 PM eastern time on 02-APR-2009.
