- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to award a sole source commercial contract to Harris Corporation, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610 for seven (6) Intercom Interface Assembly kits, seven (6) Power Distribution Kits, and seven (6) Vehicle Installation Kits. These kits are required to connect the AN/VRC-103 and AN/VIC-3 in the Assault Breacher Vehicle (ABV). These interface kits have been previously designed by Harris Corporation specifically for the ABV. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. Section 2304 (1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition regulations (FAR) 8.405-6.MARCORSYSCOM/GTES, 2200 Lester Street, ATTN: Thomas A.
