- SCA Wage Determinations by Site (List) Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Adjustment Guide for SCA/CBA. CBA Wage Determination, non-Altus CBA, non-Altus. CBA Wage Determination, Altus Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Altus. Draft Fixed Rate Agreement Table for ECPs/CCPs (labor). May be updated if separate site agreements are needed. Draft Total Evaluated Price (TEP) worksheet. For evaluation purposes only. Will be updated to reflect complete line item schedule. FFP items will be evaluated. May not reflect amounts that will be awarded on the final contract. Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), Rev 3, 12 Mar 09. Questions and comments are solicited. Please note that sections L and M, the Exhibit A CDRL Data Reporting, and the line items are still under development. This draft shows only the first year. If our plan is approved, we will be pricing a 10-year contract.
